Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media Manager to drive the digital presence of our diverse client portfolio, spanning Healthcare, Schools, NGOs, Fashion, and Tech. This is not a role for a casual poster; it is a position for a strategic communicator who understands that a healthcare brand requires a different psychological approach than a fashion house.
Based in Ogba, Lagos, you will be responsible for building trust, driving engagement, and ensuring that every piece of content is both high-performing and regulatory-compliant. If you are a data-aware strategist who can switch brand voices seamlessly while maintaining a structured content system, we want you to lead our social media engine.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Content Architecture
Calendar Engineering: Develop and execute structured monthly content calendars that align with specific sector goals (e.g., patient education for healthcare vs. lifestyle aspiration for fashion).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the "Producer," liaising with Content Creators and Graphic Designers to ensure visual assets meet high brand standards and campaign objectives.
Sector-Specific Tone: Master the "Brand Voice"—ensuring empathy for NGOs, authority for Schools, and high-energy innovation for Tech.
2. Compliance & Community Management
Regulatory Rigor: Act as the first line of defense for compliance, particularly in Healthcare, ensuring zero misleading claims and adherence to medical communication standards.
Proactive Engagement: Manage daily publishing and high-level community moderation, turning social channels into two-way communication hubs.
Sensitivity Awareness: Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards when managing NGO and educational content.
3. Performance Analytics & Paid Support
Metrics That Matter: Move beyond "likes" to monitor reach, conversion, and audience sentiment performance metrics.
Data Storytelling: Prepare weekly performance reports that translate raw analytics into actionable insights for leadership.
Performance Synergy: Collaborate with the Digital Performance Lead to support paid ad campaigns, ensuring organic content feeds into the broader sales funnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Media Studies.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience managing professional brand pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Industry Context: Proven ability to manage structured systems in compliance-sensitive industries (Healthcare or Education).
Core Competencies
Audience Psychology: A deep understanding of how to position brands to trigger specific audience actions.
Copywriting Mastery: Ability to write compelling, error-free copy that resonates with diverse demographics.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with social media native insights and third-party reporting tools.
Collaboration: A proactive team player who can communicate clearly with designers and performance marketers.
