This is more than just a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA); it is a high-growth platform designed to help you build visibility, confidence, and a world-class digital portfolio. Based in the heart of Abuja at Febson Mall, you will be the creative voice behind our brand, turning real estate concepts into viral, "scroll-stopping" digital stories.

Requirements:

1. TikTok Growth & Video Production

• The "Hook" Architect: Create engaging, trend-aligned short-form videos for TikTok and Reels that capture the attention of Abuja’s elite real estate market.

• On-Camera Presence: Be the confident face of the brand, leading "house tours," lifestyle segments, and educational content.

• Mobile Editing: Utilize tools like CapCut to produce high-energy videos with seamless transitions and compelling storytelling.

2. Digital Copywriting & Brand Storytelling

• Compelling Copy: Write scroll-stopping captions, blog posts, and marketing copy that convert viewers into leads.

• Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and develop creative digital campaigns that align with our brand identity and seasonal promotions.

• Graphic Support: Use Canva to create simple yet professional graphics for daily social media updates.

3. Strategic Brand Development

• Digital Support: Assist the marketing team in executing digital growth strategies and tracking social media performance.

• Portfolio Building: Document your work and results, building a professional portfolio that demonstrates your impact on brand visibility.

• PPA Excellence: Maintain a proactive and responsible work ethic, fulfilling NYSC requirements while delivering real-world business value.

Qualifications and Skills:

The Ideal Candidate:

• NYSC Status: Currently serving Female Corps Member seeking a PPA in Abuja.

• Tech Savvy: Native-level understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends.

• Creative Stack: Familiarity with Canva and CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools) is a major advantage.

• Communication: Exceptional writing skills and a high degree of comfort being on camera.

• Disposition: Proactive, responsible, and eager to transition from an intern to a professional brand strategist.
