Job Description:
- Handle confidential correspondence, files, and documents with utmost discretion.
- Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Take minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-up on assigned actions.
- Draft, review, and edit memos, letters, and other business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Maintain proper filing systems—both digital and physical—for easy record retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other management materials.
- Receive visitors and attend to calls with professionalism.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be female and single (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Smart appearance and professional demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administrative officer.
Salary
