Job Description:

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team (currently X people)
• Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation, creativity, and accountability
• Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and career paths for marketing talent
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer journeys.
• Deep expertise in modern marketing frameworks: growth hacking, account-based marketing, content strategy, and full-funnel optimization
• Experience building and managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with clear ROI
• Data-obsessed: fluent in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and forecasting
• Exceptional storyteller with experience shaping brand narratives that drive business results
• Strong leader who has built, managed, and inspired high-performing marketing teams.
