Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Cafe and Front Office Executive to serve as the face and functional leader of our facility. In this dual-skilled role, you will harmonize our hospitality services with our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, professional, and welcoming. This position is perfect for a hospitality veteran who excels at multitasking, from managing a busy cafe service to overseeing high-standard front desk operations.
Requirements:
Cafe Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring top-tier service delivery. You will manage cafe staff, monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement, and strictly enforce hygiene and food safety protocols.
Front Office Oversight: Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-in/out, switchboard management, and inquiries. You will manage booking systems and occupancy optimization for all workspace or room reservations.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Act as the primary escalation point for guest complaints. Use your problem-solving skills to ensure high satisfaction scores and maintain an inviting atmosphere.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor both cafe and front office staff. Establish clear standards for professionalism, punctuality, and operational policy compliance.
Facility Coordination: Serve as the liaison between housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure the entire facility remains in peak condition and ready for guests at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or high-end customer service management.
Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests professionally.
Operational Acumen: Proficiency in inventory management, cafe hygiene standards, and facility management.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of resolving guest issues quickly and diplomatically.
Leadership: Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams and maintain a cohesive working environment.
