Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team and become the backbone of our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across our group, bringing structure to our workflows, and ensuring that our business units operate with maximum efficiency. Requirements:
Supplier & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers. You will track orders, ensure timely delivery of services, and liaise with the Accounts team to manage invoicing and contractual documentation.
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, the preparation of professional reports/presentations, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Systems Development: Take ownership of our operational structure. You will standardize documentation, create efficient filing systems, and proactively identify gaps in our administrative processes to recommend improvements.
Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, managing supplies, coordinating corporate events, and ensuring that all company policies are implemented effectively.
Internal Coordination: Act as a central hub for communication across the group. You will track assignments, facilitate inter-departmental collaboration, and provide the consistent follow-through necessary to ensure projects are executed on time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office management role. Previous experience supporting multiple business units is a distinct advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to draft professional correspondence and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
