Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive and articulate Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO. This is a high-impact position that requires more than just administrative maintenance; you will act as a strategic partner, a communications specialist, and a project lead. If you have a sharp mind, an eye for detail, and a talent for drafting persuasive, professional content, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the operations of a leading name in the fashion education industry.

Requirements:

  • Executive Support: Own the CEO’s calendar and priorities. You will manage meetings and travel while proactively anticipating needs to ensure the CEO operates at peak efficiency.

  • Professional Writing & Communication: This is a core requirement. You will draft emails, business proposals, speeches, and external content that reflect the voice and brand of the Academy. You will serve as the primary editor for all outgoing executive documents.

  • Project Coordination: Act as the internal "pulse" of the organization. Track departmental projects, follow up on deliverables, and ensure that key deadlines are consistently met.

  • Research & Briefing: Prepare high-level briefing notes and research summaries to facilitate informed decision-making by the leadership team.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a gatekeeper and primary contact for clients, partners, and internal staff, maintaining total discretion and professionalism.

  • Meeting Management: Coordinate meeting agendas, document proceedings, and hold teams accountable for action items and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role.

  • Writing Excellence: You must be a strong writer and editor. Please include a writing sample or link to a portfolio with your application.

  • Organizational Mastery: A demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, manage complex schedules, and juggle competing priorities.

  • Tech Literacy: High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern project management tools.

  • Attributes: Proactive, tech-savvy, and discrete. A genuine interest in the creative industry, fashion, or entrepreneurship is highly preferred.
