Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of our Ikeja office. You will be the backbone of our administrative functions, responsible for coordinating office activities, supervising staff, and providing high-level support to management. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for process improvement.
Requirements:
Operational Coordination: Oversee daily office activities to ensure maximum efficiency and strict compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership: Supervise administrative staff, delegate responsibilities effectively, and monitor team performance to ensure organizational goals are met.
Executive Support: Manage complex agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior management.
Communications Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring professional and timely responses.
Financial & Records Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping and budgeting tasks; maintain accurate, up-to-date records and databases (personnel, financial, and operational).
Resource Management: Track office supply inventory and manage procurement to ensure all departments have the resources they need.
Reporting: Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and status reports as requested by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels.
Organization & Leadership: Proven ability to organize complex workflows and lead teams with a focus on performance.
Technical Proficiency:
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting/bookkeeping principles.
