We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager with a strong background in salon operations and hairstyling services.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing salon teams, improving business performance, and ensuring excellent customer service in the beauty industry.
• You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and help grow the salon’s reputation and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage hairstylists, receptionists, and other staff members.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, inventory, retail product sales, and salon cleanliness.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling client feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and prepare reports on sales and expenses.
• Hire, train, and evaluate salon staff, ensuring professional standards and growth.
• Work closely with stylists to understand client trends and recommend service improvements.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Business Manager, or similar role in the beauty or hairdressing industry.
• Strong knowledge of hair care services, salon products, and client management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, inventory, and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in salon booking and POS systems.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• [Preferred] Certification or background in hairstyling or cosmetology.
