Job Description:
Luxsit Integration is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Officer to architect and drive our revenue growth. This role is for a strategic hunter who excels at identifying new market opportunities and building high-value relationships within the technology and integration sectors. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from initial market research and lead generation to high-level negotiations and deal closure. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical solutions into clear business value, ensuring that Luxsit remains the partner of choice for innovative integration projects.
Requirements:
1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
Opportunity Hunting: Identify and pursue new business leads, partnerships, and untapped market segments within the regional integration landscape.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of prospective clients and position Luxsit’s technical solutions as the definitive answer.
Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to ensure our value proposition remains sharp and competitive.
2. Relationship Management & Proposal Engineering
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Technical Proposals: Collaborate with our engineering and project teams to develop accurate, high-impact proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on contract terms and pricing, ensuring win-win outcomes that align with company profit margins.
3. Revenue Growth & Performance
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and transparent sales pipeline, providing regular updates to management on lead status and conversion probability.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the technical delivery teams to ensure a seamless handoff from "Sold" to "Implemented."
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Tenure: 2–4 years of proven experience in business development or high-value sales.
Technical Fluency: Ability to understand, simplify, and sell complex integrated technical solutions.
Core Competencies
Negotiation Mastery: Strong ability to influence decision-makers and close high-stakes contracts.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, both written (proposals) and verbal (pitches).
Goal Orientation: A self-motivated "closer" with a relentless drive for results and revenue growth.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to map out long-term client accounts rather than just one-off transactions.
