Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
- Present automation and control solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions (training provided).
- Experience in industrial automation or engineering services is an advantage.
