Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and market penetration.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in hospitality, real estate, and corporate housing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and brand consistency.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform management decisions and optimize growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business development, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or service-oriented sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building profitable partnerships.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
