Job Description:
We are looking for a relentless and strategic Business Development Executive to be the driving force behind our brand’s growth. In this role, you won't just "sell"; you will architect partnerships and cultivate a high-value client ecosystem. Your mission is to take raw leads and transform them into loyal, long-term partners through persuasive pitching and sophisticated negotiation. We need a self-motivated "closer" who can work independently to hunt for new opportunities while collaborating with the team to ensure our revenue targets are consistently shattered.
Requirements:
1. Full-Cycle Client Acquisition
Lead Intelligence: Generate high-intent leads and execute aggressive follow-up strategies to ensure no opportunity is left on the table.
The Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that articulate our unique value proposition to C-suite executives and potential partners.
Closing Mastery: Navigate complex sales cycles to secure deals and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Relationship Management & Brand Loyalty
Partnership Success: Move beyond transactional sales to build deep-rooted relationships that ensure long-term client retention and referrals.
Account Stewardship: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring their initial experience with the brand is seamless and professional.
Feedback Loop: Gather market insights from client interactions to help the team refine our product offerings and competitive positioning.
3. Market Expansion & Opportunity Mapping
Market Scouting: Identify emerging market trends and untapped sectors where our products or services can solve critical problems.
Strategic Outreach: Utilize CRM tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to conduct targeted outreach and build a robust pipeline of future opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Proven Track Record: Solid experience in sales and business development with a history of hitting or exceeding targets.
Negotiation Prowess: Ability to handle objections with poise and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of commanding a room and writing persuasive proposals.
Mindset & Attributes
Self-Motivated: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to manage your own schedule and stay productive without constant supervision.
Tech-Literate: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital outreach strategies is a significant advantage.
