We buy lands, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to the end.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate high-quality leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Utilize social media platforms to identify potential customers and engage with them.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on generated leads.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
• Create and curate engaging content to attract and retain followers.
• Create a content calendar quarterly.

Social Media Visibility:

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase social media visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Assist with sales presentation: Helping prepare and deliver sales presentation and demonstration.
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools and compiling reports.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 4 years experience.
