Job Description:

  • Must have real estate experience
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Negotiate deals and close property sales and investment partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and
  • industry functions.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
