Job Description:
- Manage all personnel and student-related administrative matters within LCNS.
- Serve as a liaison between Lily Hospitals Limited (LHL) and LCNS on all administrative issues.
- Collaborate with senior management and departmental leads to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of effective and efficient administrative processes.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards of relevant regulatory bodies.
- Support institutional planning, reporting, and communication to enhance administrative effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within the education or healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools.
