We are in our scale-up stage and looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Development & Operations Manager. This role is key in building a strong business structure while driving growth through new clients, contracts, and partnerships.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our office. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional who is obsessed with order, efficiency, and clear communication.

You will be the primary point of support for both management and staff, ensuring that office workflows—from document filing to meeting schedules—run without friction. Your mission is to maintain a professional environment where information is easily accessible, supplies are never out of stock, and correspondence is handled with speed and discretion.

Requirements:

1. Documentation & Record Stewardship

  • Information Architecture: Maintain and organize a robust physical and digital filing system to ensure that records are retrievable within seconds.

  • Correspondence Management: Act as the first point of contact for official emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring they are routed to the correct departments promptly.

  • HR & Accounting Support: Assist with the maintenance of confidential staff records and support basic accounting tasks such as tracking invoices and payment schedules.

2. Office Coordination & Logistics

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, book appointments, and prepare the necessary documents or presentations for meetings.

  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Keep a "bird's eye view" on office inventory; proactively ordering supplies before they run out to prevent operational downtime.

  • Mail & Deliveries: Oversee the secure handling of all incoming and outgoing packages and official mail.

3. Professional Communication & Reporting

  • Drafting & Design: Prepare professional memos, reports, and presentations that reflect the company’s brand and standards.

  • Frontline Professionalism: Represent the office with a high level of confidentiality and poise, whether dealing with internal staff or external partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

The Ideal Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year. We welcome fresh graduates who can demonstrate high organizational potential.

  • Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a solid understanding of office management systems.
