Job Description:
- Our client is seeks a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to drive performance excellence across its subsidiaries.
- The ideal candidate will lead HR operations, with a primary focus on designing and implementing robust Performance Management Systems (PMS) to ensure alignment with business goals, enhance productivity, and develop a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain an effective Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with SAO Group’s strategic goals.
- Drive the annual performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
- Implement feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
- Analyse performance data to identify high performers, skill gaps, and training needs.
- Facilitate the development and tracking of KPIs across business units.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate performance data into promotion, succession planning, and reward decisions.
HR Strategy & Policy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that promote a high performance culture. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
- Champion employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Talent Management
- Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement career development and succession planning strategies.
- Lead workforce planning and skills audits.
Employee Rela ons & Welfare:
- Manage conlict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes with fairness and transparency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee compensation and beneits administration, ensuring competitiveness within industry benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related ield. • Professional HR certi ication (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on performance and Talent management.
- Experience in a group or multi-sector environment is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and tools (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs). • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead change and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proiciency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Of ice Suite.
