Job Description:
- Support the HR manager on production topics – compliance etc
- Ensure all office policies and procedures are adhered to, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Coordinate all office activities/events with support from Safety.
- Contact person for employee records and 3rd party employee management.
- Support across all HR touchpoints, recruitment, onboarding process, staff training documentation, and all HR related activities.
Requirements:
- A first Degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent People management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Good stakeholder management skills; must be able to effectively manage conflicting expectations.
