Job Description:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes, ensuring qualified candidates are recruited and selected.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee issues, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary procedures.
- Training and Development: Plan, design, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer salary, benefits, and other compensation programs to attract and retain talent.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support development.
- HRIS and Payroll: Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Organizational Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, and support organizational change initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, build rapport, and resolve conflicts.
- Leadership and Decision-Making: Proven ability to lead teams, make sound decisions, and guide the HR function.
- Knowledge of Employment Law: A thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential.
- HR Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and Microsoft Office Suite is typically required.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
