Job Description:

  • We’re hiring a hands-on, highly organised HR project coordinator to lead the clean-up, standardisation, and alignment of our global HR infrastructure, from systems and templates to onboarding and compliance.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the alignment of employee records and documentation in BambooHR
  • Build visa tracking and right-to-work compliance tools
  • Standardise onboarding checklists and global induction content
  • Audit and improve contracts, letters, and policy templates
  • Create one-page benefits summaries by location
  • Reorganise SharePoint for structure, version control, and accessibility
  • Clean up recruitment system templates in Workable
  • Track project progress and report weekly to the HR team in London
  • Support onboarding and documentation for our graduate programme

Requirements:

  • Has 1–3 years’ experience in HR admin or coordination
  • Is exceptionally detail-oriented and structured
  • Thrives on tidy systems and clear documentation
  • Communicates clearly and works well with remote teams
  • Is familiar with BambooHR, SharePoint, and Workable (or eager to learn)
  • Can manage multiple projects independently and proactively
