Job Description:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage performance management processes, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in payroll processing and other administrative duties.
- Promote a positive work environment by managing employee engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Role
- Must currently reside in Lekki, Ajah, or Lagos Island only.
- Must be available to resume on or before 15th May 2025 (Maximum 2 weeks notice).
- Must be willing to work onsite Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) and on Saturdays (9:30 AM - 3 PM), with one Saturday off every two weeks.
Working Conditions:
- Onsite work, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Saturdays (9:30 AM - 3:00 PM), with one Saturday off every two weeks.
- Must be willing to work in the specified hours and location
Salary
