Job Description:
- Report to the Materials & Logistics Coordinator or D&C Supervisor while maintaining accurate accounting of AGO, Jet-A1, and lubricants used for rigs, barges, tugs, camps, and generators.
- Maintain a daily stock ledger, recording opening balances, receipts (BOL), issues, and closing balances; reconcile dip readings with meter totals.
- Track fuel consumption by asset (rigs, cranes, marine craft, camp generators) and promptly flag any anomalies, variances, or potential leaks.
- Witness fuel bunkering operations, verify calibration certificates for meters and bowsers, and conduct sampling to record density and temperature.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly fuel consumption reports, supporting accurate cost allocation and anti-theft controls.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of fuel accounting experience in a marine or rig operations environment.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel for data recording and reporting.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
