Job Description:
- Assist in operating and monitoring pumps, pipelines, and cargo transfer systems during loading and discharging operations.
- Support routine maintenance of pumps, valves, hoses, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and flow rates, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the Pumpman or supervisor.
- Follow strict safety procedures when handling hazardous liquids and during pumping operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and testing pumping systems and associated equipment to maintain operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data and maintenance activities for reporting and auditing purposes.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in pumping operations or a related field, preferably with FSO/FPSO experience.
- Minimum educational qualification of WASC/O-Level.
- Valid Able Seaman Certificate.
