Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, high-impact Front Desk & Customer Support Officer to serve as the face and voice of our organization. In this dual-capacity role, you are the primary engine of our customer experience, managing everything from the physical first impression at the front desk to the digital resolution of customer inquiries.

You will act as the "Operational Hub," bridging the gap between our customers and our internal teams. This role requires a blend of Hospitality Excellence and Technical Support Discipline. Requirements:

1. Front Desk Orchestration & Access Control

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as the professional first point of contact for all walk-in clients and visitors, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized reception environment.

  • Security & Protocol: Manage visitor registration and access control protocols to ensure office security and a structured flow of people.

  • Administrative Logistics: Oversee appointment scheduling, mail distribution, and essential office documentation tasks to support daily productivity.

2. Multi-Channel Customer Support & Resolution

  • Inquiry Management: Act as the central responder for customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.

  • Rapid Issue Resolution: Resolve service issues and complaints with empathy and speed, escalating complex technical cases to the appropriate departments only when necessary.

  • Closure Tracking: Utilize support tickets and service logs to track every customer request from initial contact through to successful closure.

3. Data Integrity & Operational Reporting

  • Record Governance: Maintain meticulous customer records and service logs, ensuring all data is handled in compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.

  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly support reports that highlight inquiry trends, resolution times, and customer pain points to guide management decisions.

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information and service updates are communicated accurately to the customer base.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or professional support role.

  • Technical IQ: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (PBX, scanners, etc.).

Core Competencies

  • Conflict Resolution: Exceptional ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Communication Mastery: Polished verbal and written communication skills suitable for a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Multitasking Agility: Proven ability to manage a busy reception desk while simultaneously handling digital support tickets.

  • Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude at all times.
