Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed Customer Success & Sales Representative to be the face of our printing and packaging operations. This is a hybrid role that blends outbound business development with high-touch customer relationship management.
In this position, you won't just take orders; you will act as a consultant to FMCGs, agencies, and business owners, helping them navigate complex print terms and finishes to bring their brand visions to life. You will be our primary engine for growth—scouting new corporate opportunities, managing social media inquiries, and ensuring that every project is executed with 100% accuracy. Requirements:
1. Technical Advisory & Order Management
Print Subject Matter Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of print terminology, paper stocks, and finishes (e.g., Spot UV, Matte/Gloss Lamination, Embossing, Die-cutting).
Order Orchestration: Accurately process customer orders, manage returns, and coordinate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.
Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, providing technical guidance that helps customers make informed purchasing decisions.
2. Strategic Growth & Lead Generation
Market Scouting: Proactively identify and source new B2B clients, specifically focusing on FMCGs, corporate agencies, event planners, and retail business owners.
Lead Conversion: Rigorously follow up on leads generated from advertisements and industry events, moving them through the sales funnel from "inquiry" to "repeat client."
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage data, and ensure no customer or prospect falls through the cracks.
3. Brand Communication & Social Commerce
Social Media Engagement: Manage real-time responses across our social media platforms, maintaining a professional yet empathetic brand voice.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Support: Serve as a key contributor to all marketing initiatives, providing ground-level insights to improve our promotional strategies.

Professional Profile
Detail Orientation: An uncompromising "eagle eye" for the smallest details—crucial for error-free print production.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense of empathy.
Proximity: Mandatory close proximity to the office environment (Shomolu, Yaba, Bariga, or Maryland) for seamless daily resumption.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and comfortable navigating social media for business.
