Job Description:

- Product Knowledge: Understand our products thoroughly to provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
- Order Processing: Handle processing of orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
- Team Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Contribution: Provide constructive feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes for continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of junior customer service representatives, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and effective support.
Requirements:
- Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
- Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
