Job Description:
FairMoney is seeking a high-energy, resilient Field Recovery Agent to safeguard our loan portfolio and drive the rehabilitation of accounts in arrears. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of financial operations and field-based negotiation.
You won't just be "collecting payments"—you will be an investigator and a negotiator, tasked with re-engaging defaulting agents and merchants. Your mission is to deploy professional recovery practices that prevent delinquency from escalating, ensuring our ecosystem remains healthy and compliant. Requirements:
1. Field Engagement & Tactical Recovery
Direct Field Action: Conduct regular on-site visits to engage with defaulting customers (Agents and Merchants) who have failed to respond to digital prompts.
Multi-Channel Demand: Utilize telephone, email, and physical visits to demand payments, ensuring all actions are conducted within the legal and regulatory framework.
Information Verification: Scrutinize overdue accounts to verify customer data and initiate daily follow-ups to resolve outstanding debt issues.
2. Negotiation & Payment Engineering
Settlement Structuring: Negotiate and establish realistic, effective payment plans and settlements that ensure maximum recovery while preventing further account deterioration.
Promise Tracking: Diligently follow up on "Promises to Pay" (PTP), ensuring that every commitment is fulfilled on time and escalating broken promises immediately.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer objections and complaints with professional poise, collaborating with internal teams to resolve disputes that may be stalling payment.
3. Metrics & Performance Monitoring
Daily Activity Logging: Maintain meticulous records of your field and phone activities, including Right-Party Contacts (RPCs) and conversion rates.
Data-Driven Follow-ups: Use Microsoft Excel to track metrics, analyze delinquency trends in your assigned area, and prioritize accounts with the highest recovery potential.
Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to standard collections practices and legal guidelines to protect the company’s reputation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: University degree in any related field.
Experience: 1+ years of direct experience in consumer loan operations or merchant collections.
Analytical IQ: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate difficult social situations and delinquent client behaviors.
Core Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, specifically the ability to negotiate firmly but professionally.
