Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer & Sales Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our brand, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer—whether walking into our store or reaching out online—receives exceptional service.
This is a dynamic role that blends In-Person Hospitality with Digital Sales Support. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchase journey, managing inquiries across multiple platforms, and ensuring that our daily sales operations run smoothly. Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Customer Engagement
In-Person Hospitality: Greet walk-in customers with a polite and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages browsing and buying.
Digital Communication: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via Phone and WhatsApp, providing accurate product information and pricing.
Product Advocacy: Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, driving sales through helpful and persuasive communication.
2. Sales Support & Record Management
Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring that customer selections are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of daily sales and customer interactions to help management track store performance.
Store Synergy: Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and maintaining a tidy, organized showroom.
3. Operational Excellence
Time Management: Balance multiple tasks, such as attending to a walk-in customer while staying on top of WhatsApp inquiries.
Professional Standards: Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance and attitude that aligns with the brand’s standards.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure the store operates at peak efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or sales role is a significant advantage.
Gender/Age: Female applicants only, with a minimum age of 25 years.
Location: Must be located in or very close to Lekki Phase 1 (as accommodation is not provided).
Core Competencies
Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Literacy: Basic computer knowledge (for record-keeping) and proficiency with WhatsApp Business.
Soft Skills: A natural "customer-friendly" attitude with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
