We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • As part of our expansion, we are seeking proactive and result-driven candidate to join our team.
  • We are seeking ambitious Strategic Sales Executives to champion our Loan Products across Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and Akure.
  • You will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, and driving loan uptake within the paramilitary sector and Lagos state staffs .

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote our paramilitary loan products to eligible clients.
  • Prospect, identify, and convert new clients through field visits, digital outreach, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years proven sales experience in financial services, microfinance, or related fields (paramilitary loan and Lagos state loan sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Port Harcourt, Ibadan, or Akure markets.
  • Strong digital communication and reporting skills (WhatsApp, email, MS Office).
