Job Description:
Genade Homes is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Storyteller to be the digital voice and visionary of our brand. In the luxury real estate market, we don’t just sell buildings; we sell lifestyles, legacies, and aspirations. Your mission is to humanize Genade Homes through compelling visual and written narratives that stop the scroll and start the conversation. From cinematic property tours to executive thought leadership for our Director, you will craft the "home" experience in the digital realm, driving both brand equity and sales conversion through the power of story.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Strategy & Digital Growth
Brand Storytelling: Develop and execute high-impact advertising campaigns that move beyond features to tell a story of luxury, security, and investment.
Community Expansion: Grow our social media footprint by engineering viral yet sophisticated narratives that increase high-quality follower counts and conversion rates.
Trend Synthesis: Stay at the cutting edge of digital trends and platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to ensure Genade Homes remains a market leader.
2. Multi-Media Content Creation
Visual Production: Design high-end graphics and produce short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) that capture the essence of our properties.
Virtual Experiences: Create immersive property listings and virtual tours that allow prospective buyers to "live" in the space before they even visit.
Identity Stewardship: Act as the guardian of our visual identity, ensuring every post, story, and ad aligns perfectly with Genade Homes’ premium brand guidelines.
3. Executive Branding & Thought Leadership
Director’s Persona: Manage the Director's official social media presence, crafting a narrative of industry expertise and thought leadership to build institutional trust.
Social Management: Own the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
Ad Management: Collaborate on the creative direction for paid social campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Experience: Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Storytelling (Real Estate or Luxury Goods experience is a major plus).
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Copywriting Mastery: Ability to write evocative, professional, and persuasive copy that resonates with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
Core Competencies
Visual Literacy: A keen eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition in photography and videography.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to link creative output to business goals like lead generation and brand awareness.
Accountability: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple content pillars and deadlines independently.
