Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven storyteller to own our digital identity. You will be responsible for translating our brand vision into high-performing content that captures attention, drives engagement, and converts followers into customers.
Requirements:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing and sales goals.
Content Production: Shoot and edit professional-quality photos and videos (Reels/TikToks) and design graphics that maintain our brand aesthetic.
Platform Management: Manage daily operations across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
Trend Execution: Stay at the forefront of social media trends and adapt them for our brand in real-time to maximize reach.
Community & Engagement: Manage all social channels by responding to comments/messages and proactively fostering a vibrant online community.
Performance Analytics: Track key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion) and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partner with our operations and sales teams to document behind-the-scenes content and promote new product launches/campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management and professional content creation.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of mobile and desktop creative tools including Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Creative Skills: Proficiency in basic photography and videography, coupled with strong copywriting and brand storytelling abilities.
Platform Expertise: An expert-level understanding of the algorithms and audience behavior on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Mindset: Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
