Job Description:
- We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to own our brand’s presence across social platforms.
- You’ll lead content strategy, supervise design production, manage paid campaigns, and turn engagement data into decisions.

What You’ll Do
Content & Strategy:
- Develop and execute monthly content strategy aligned with business goals and brand voice
- Plan content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
- Write briefs and oversee graphic designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule posts across all social platforms
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant
Paid Advertising:
- Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage monthly ad budget, A/B test creatives, and improve ROI/CPA
- Collaborate with design to produce ad creatives that convert
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track key metrics: engagement rate, reach, follower growth, CTR, ROAS
- Build monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Present findings to management and adjust strategy based on data
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or startup
- Proven experience running paid ads with measurable results
- Strong understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and social trends
- Experience briefing and working with graphic designers
- Comfort with analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout/Semrush
- Portfolio showing content, campaigns, and results you’ve driven
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for light design edits
- Video editing skills for Reels/TikToks
- Experience in travel or B2B/B2C context
