Job Description:
HandyPros is seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketer / Creative Director to serve as the lead architect of our brand’s digital identity. In the rapidly evolving service technology industry, visibility is driven by a fusion of data-backed strategy and stunning visual narratives.
This role is designed for a veteran marketer who is equally comfortable behind a lens as they are behind a data dashboard. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process—from capturing high-quality original media to managing million-naira ad budgets across Google and Meta. If you have a proven track record of transforming service brands into household names through innovative storytelling and aggressive digital growth, we want you to lead our journey.
Requirements:
1. Creative Direction & Visual Production
Multimedia Content Production: Act as the lead creator, utilizing professional camera equipment to produce high-fidelity videos and photos that humanize our professionals and highlight the quality of HandyPros’ services.
Creative Vision: Direct the aesthetic evolution of the brand, ensuring that every piece of marketing collateral—from website UI to print banners—is visually elite and on-message.
Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that communicate our mission of professionalism and empowerment to both service providers and consumers.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance
Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing funnels that drive user acquisition, platform traffic, and brand recall.
Ad Management (PPC): Oversee digital advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram), ensuring surgical precision in budget allocation to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media and web traffic metrics daily, using data-driven insights to pivot strategies and optimize campaign performance.
3. Network Expansion & Brand Management
PR & Influencer Engagement: Leverage existing networks to build strategic partnerships with influencers and media outlets, amplifying our brand visibility through high-profile collaborations.
Consistent Branding: Serve as the custodian of the HandyPros identity, ensuring every touchpoint across the company reflects our core values and mission.
User Engagement: Launch initiatives to gather direct user feedback, using these insights to refine the customer experience and inform future marketing cycles.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing or creative direction, ideally within the Service or Tech sectors.
Portfolio: A proven track record of successful digital campaigns and a strong portfolio showcasing original visual media (video/photo) produced.
Core Competencies
Technical Mastery: Proficient in camera operation, video editing suites, and content creation techniques.
Digital Expertise: High proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various SEO/Analytics platforms.
Leadership: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments (Operations, Customer Service) to align marketing with business goals.
Networking: Established contacts in the PR and influencer space within the Nigerian market.
