Job Description:

Field Supervision & Quality Assurance

  • Site Oversight: Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and fumigation operations across various client locations.

  • Service Standards: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure services meet company protocols and exceed client expectations.

  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for operational hitches, resolving client concerns and staff issues promptly.

Staff & Schedule Management

  • Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of cleaners and technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and professional.

  • Manpower Planning: Create and maintain staff schedules, monitor daily attendance, and evaluate individual performance.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all field staff utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines during fumigation and cleaning.

Logistics & Resource Management

  • Inventory Control: Monitor the usage of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment.

  • Supply Chain: Forecast and request stock replenishment to ensure zero downtime in service delivery.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all machinery (industrial vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, etc.) is in good working condition.

Requirements:

 

  • Responsiveness: Ability to react quickly to client requests or emergencies.

  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.

  • Integrity: High level of accountability in managing company supplies and staff

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of an OND in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the cleaning, janitorial, or facility management industry.

  • Location: Must reside in Ajah, Chevron, or Igboefon (Applications from outside this axis will not be considered).

  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
