Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to define the future of our fintech ecosystem. In financial services, design is not just about aesthetics; it is about building trust, reducing cognitive load, and driving informed decision-making.

You will lead the end-to-end design lifecycle—from deep-dive behavioral research and heuristic evaluations to high-fidelity Figma execution and motion design. As a senior leader, you will be the guardian of our design system and an advocate for Accessibility (A11y), ensuring our products are inclusive and scalable. Requirements:

1. Behavioral UX & Strategic Discovery

• Evidence-Based Design: Conduct advanced user research, interviews, and A/B experiments to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into impactful features.

• Information Architecture: Lead the design of complex user flows and interactive wireframes that align with user psychology and business objectives.

• Accessibility Leadership: Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring our fintech solutions are usable by everyone, regardless of ability or demographic.

2. UI Engineering & Design Systems

• Atomic Design Mastery: Build and maintain scalable UI components and design tokens within our Figma library to ensure cross-platform consistency.

• Motion & Engagement: Create sophisticated micro-interactions and motion elements using tools like Lottie and After Effects to enhance engagement and usability.

• Responsive Excellence: Execute adaptive designs for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless transition across devices.

3. Leadership & Product Synergy

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

• Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by guiding junior designers and leading design critiques and architecture discussions.

• Data-Driven Growth: Use UX analytics (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics) to identify friction points and continuously optimize the user journey for business impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in a senior product design role, specifically within Fintech or SaaS environments.

• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Component Variants, Interactive Prototyping).

• Tooling: Strong knowledge of motion tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle) and UX analytics platforms.

Core Competencies

• Design Fundamentals: Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and color theory.

• Behavioral Psychology: Deep understanding of how cognitive biases and user behavior influence decision-making in financial products.

• Stakeholder Influence: Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and influence decisions across senior leadership and engineering teams.
