Job Description:

Matna is seeking a high-performance IT Specialist to serve as the backbone of our technology infrastructure. In a high-speed agro-processing plant, IT is not just a support function—it is a production critical asset. Your mission is to ensure that our servers, networks, and ERP systems directly drive operational efficiency, data integrity, and process discipline.

You will be responsible for eliminating system-related downtime that could stall production lines or disrupt order fulfillment. If you are a process-disciplined professional with deep experience in industrial manufacturing environments and a passion for agricultural development, we want you to lead our digital infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. Plant-Wide Infrastructure & Connectivity

• Uptime Optimization: Maintain and optimize all factory-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, high-speed networks, and end-user devices to ensure 24/7 production continuity.

• Network Stability: Ensure robust and stable connectivity across both the harsh industrial factory floor and the administrative offices.

• Asset Governance: Maintain a rigorous IT asset register and system documentation, ensuring all access control protocols are strictly enforced.

2. ERP & Operational Visibility

• System Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical lead for the ERP, inventory management, and production monitoring systems, resolving issues that impact quality monitoring or reporting.

• Digital Tracking: Support the automation and digital tracking of raw material usage and inventory movements to provide management with real-time operational visibility.

• Process Automation: Collaborate with department leads to identify system improvements that reduce manual errors and increase factory throughput.

3. Data Integrity & Cybersecurity

• Disaster Recovery: Implement and test structured data backup and disaster recovery measures to protect sensitive commercial and operational data.

• Cybersecurity Protocols: Deploy modern security measures to safeguard the industrial environment from digital threats and unauthorized access.

• Audit Readiness: Ensure all IT activities comply with internal governance standards and support periodic technical audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of IT experience specifically within FMCG, food processing, or industrial manufacturing.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in network administration, server management, and system security within a production setting.

• Systems Expertise: Proven experience supporting ERP systems and production reporting tools.
