Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process for complex financial products, turning sophisticated user needs into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. You aren't just creating interfaces; you are a strategic partner who uses data-driven insights, behavioral psychology, and atomic design principles to solve real-world problems. As a senior leader, you will advocate for accessibility, mentor junior talent, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment where millions of users rely on your design decisions.

Requirements:

1. Design Strategy & Product Discovery

• Strategic Alignment: Define and execute design strategies that bridge the gap between aggressive business objectives and empathetic user needs.

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the design process from initial discovery and user research to wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and final UI execution.

• Fintech Innovation: Stay at the forefront of fintech trends to ensure our product remains a market leader in usability and security.

2. UX Research & Behavioral Analysis

• Validation & Testing: Conduct advanced user interviews, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design hypotheses.

• Data-Driven UX: Synthesize qualitative insights and quantitative data from tools like Mixpanel and Hotjar to optimize user journeys.

• Psychological Design: Apply principles of behavioral psychology to influence user decision-making and improve financial outcomes for our customers.

3. Systems Design & Technical Excellence

• Atomic Design Systems: Contribute to and scale our evolving design system using Figma’s advanced features (Auto Layout, Tokens, and Variants).

• Motion & Interaction: Create micro-interactions and motion elements using Lottie or After Effects to enhance engagement and provide haptic-like feedback.

• Inclusive Design: Serve as an advocate for Accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design, ensuring our products are usable by a diverse, global audience.

Qualifications and Skills:

The Expertise

• Experience: 3+ years in a Senior Product Design role, ideally within Fintech or SaaS environments.

• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of responsive web and native mobile design patterns.

• Figma Power User: Mastery of design tokens, component variants, and interactive prototyping.

• Tooling: Proficiency in UX analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and motion tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).

The Leadership

• Design Rationale: Exceptional ability to articulate the "why" behind your designs to stakeholders and engineers.

• Mentorship: Experience guiding junior designers and fostering a culture of high-standard execution.

• Agility: Comfortable navigating the rapid iterations and ambiguity of a high-growth product team.
