Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Systems Analyst who functions as the critical translation layer between business vision and technical reality. This is not a "pure" project management role, nor is it a coding role; it is for a professional who can speak fluently with both C-suite clients and backend developers. You will own the structural integrity of our projects—defining workflows, architecting data flows, and managing the Agile lifecycle to ensure that what is built perfectly aligns with what was promised. Requirements:

1. Systems Analysis & Technical Translation

• Requirements Architecture: Deconstruct vague business needs into precise technical specifications, including API logic, integration maps, and system workflows.

• Technical Communication: Confidently discuss backend/frontend flows and software architecture (surface level) with engineering teams while translating progress into business value for clients.

• Process Mapping: Design and document data flows and user journeys that serve as the blueprint for development.

2. Agile Delivery Coordination

• Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from ideation and requirements gathering through to testing, release, and post-launch support.

• Backlog Management: Lead backlog grooming and sprint/iteration planning, ensuring the team is working on the highest-priority, well-defined tasks.

• Release Management: Coordinate deployments and release schedules, proactively identifying and removing blockers before they impact the timeline.

3. Stakeholder Management & Documentation

• Client Advocacy: Act as a mature, tactful point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining trust throughout the project.

• Technical Documentation: Author high-quality client-facing documents, including project proposals, cost breakdowns, user manuals, and executive presentations.

• Solution Integrity: Perform implementation consulting to ensure that new features fit within the existing ecosystem and meet quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience & Background

• Tenure: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Implementation Consultant.

• Technical Foundation: Must have a technical background demonstrated through experience in software engineering, computer science, or data analysis.

• Methodology: Deep fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Release management).

• Communication: Exceptional ability to write professional, structured, and clear technical and business documentation.

Core Competencies

• Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss APIs, system integrations, and data flows accurately without needing to write code.

• Organizational Mastery: Highly structured and proactive; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with poise.

• Emotional Intelligence: Proven ability to manage client relationships with maturity, tact, and professional confidence.

Certifications (Bonus)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or PMI-ACP.
