Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Computer Operator & Administrative Officer to manage our digital workflows and office operations. In this role, you will be the engine room of our documentation process, responsible for everything from accurate data management and certificate preparation to managing the company’s regulatory renewal cycles. You will also serve as a tactical coordinator, managing office resources and scheduling the field movements of our technical and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with fast typing skills and a "systems-first" approach to record-keeping.
Requirements:
1. Data Management & Digital Operations
System Stewardship: Operate and maintain office computer systems, ensuring all software is optimized and performing basic IT troubleshooting when necessary.
Data Integrity: Enter and process sensitive company and client data with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Certificate Administration: Lead the preparation of customer certificates and oversee the critical renewal process for the company's own certifications and licenses.
2. Documentation & Office Governance
Document Architecture: Prepare all internal and external correspondence, ensuring professional formatting and brand consistency across all company records.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and resources to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Technical Documentation: Support the technical team in drafting and filing specialized documentation and reports.
3. Scheduling & Coordination
Field Logistics: Develop and manage visiting schedules for the technical and marketing teams, optimizing their routes and client appointments.
Administrative Liaison: Handle day-to-day office and client-related administrative functions, serving as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Alternate Entry: Candidates with WAEC/NECO certificates and significant, proven experience in professional computer operations are also encouraged to apply.
Location: Must reside on the Lagos Mainland (Ikeja, Ogba, Iyana-Ipaja, Agege, or environs).
Core Competencies
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Technical Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
IT Troubleshooting: Basic ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.
