Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and build meaningful solutions that power products for millions of users across Nigeria. In this role, you will be more than a coder; you will be an architect of digital experiences, responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications that bridge the gap between Telecom and cutting-edge Tech. The ideal candidate has a deep mastery of the .NET/Laravel/React stack and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where performance, security, and scalability are non-negotiable.

Requirements:

1. Full-Stack Engineering & Architecture

• Application Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

• Code Craftsmanship: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, setting the standard for quality across the engineering team.

• API & Service Integration: Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, telecom SMS/USSD gateways) and internal microservices with high precision.

2. Performance, DevOps & Security

• System Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability to handle millions of concurrent user requests.

• CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure: Lead the deployment process using Docker and Git, managing CI/CD pipelines to deploy high-quality code to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Technical Governance: Participate in code reviews and high-level architecture decisions to ensure the long-term health of the codebase.

3. Collaborative Innovation

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into high-impact technical features.

• Problem Solving: Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical bottlenecks in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Core Engineering Experience

• Tenure: 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, preferably in a high-growth tech or telecom organization.

• Front-End Mastery: Strong command of JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or Vue.

• Back-End Versatility: Deep experience with C# (.NET Core) and PHP (Laravel).

• Database Management: Expertise in designing and optimizing MySQL databases.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• RESTful Services: Proven ability to build and consume robust RESTful APIs.

• Workflow Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD automation.

• Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
