Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative / Front Desk Officer to be the face and voice of our brand in Wuse 2, Abuja. In this dual-impact role, you are both the primary point of physical contact for our walk-in clients and the engine behind our customer acquisition strategy.

Requirements:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Prospect Engagement: Actively seek out and engage prospective customers, performing needs-based analysis to present solutions that align with their specific goals.
Lead Generation: Execute proactive cold-calling and outreach strategies to convert leads into active business relationships.
Negotiation & Closing: Present compelling cost-benefit arguments to secure new sales and achieve agreed-upon outcomes within strict schedules.
2. Relationship Management & Front Desk Operations
Customer Experience: Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all physical visitors.
Retention Excellence: Build and maintain high-value business relationships, ensuring that customer complaints or issues are resolved with speed and professionalism.
Feedback Integration: Supply management with vital field reports on customer interests, competitive activities, and emerging market needs.
3. Reporting & Performance Optimization
Data Stewardship: Maintain accurate sales and status reports using CRM practices to track market potential and personal productivity.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure the sales effort is synchronized across the organization.
Continuous Growth: Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends, continuously improving performance based on feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. or OND in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Representative or Front Desk Officer, with a history of hitting and exceeding targets.
Tech IQ: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Core Competencies
Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals using sophisticated selling techniques.
