Job Description:
- The Administrative Officer will support daily office operations, attend to clients, process documents, handle basic accounting entries and assist with HR documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Resume daily at the office and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Process and properly file company documents (physical and electronic).
- Maintain organized client and company records.
- Monitor office supplies and report when restocking is required.
- Assist clients with document submission and check for completeness before processing.
- Maintain simple financial records using Microsoft Excel.
- Record daily transactions accurately.
- Prepare simple reports as required.
- Assist with staff documentation and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Schedule interviews and support basic HR coordination when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and staff information.
Requirements:

Salary
