Requirements:
1. Brand Ambassadorship & Access Governance
First Impression Management: Welcome high-level clients, partners, and regulators with the courtesy and professionalism expected in a premier financial services environment.
Security & Access Control: Manage visitor access and maintain rigorous, accurate visitor logs, ensuring full compliance with Ceviant’s security protocols.
Inquiry Routing: Expertly direct visitors and digital inquiries (calls/emails) to the relevant internal teams, acting as a gatekeeper for executive focus.
2. Multi-Departmental Administrative Support
Cross-Functional Synergy: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the HR, Compliance, Finance, and Operations departments, supporting document preparation and record-keeping.
Data & Records Stewardship: Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records with surgical accuracy and attention to detail.
Logistics Coordination: Own the lifecycle of internal and external meetings—from room bookings and calendar management to hospitality logistics.
3. Office Operations & Resource Management
Supply Chain Monitoring: Track and replenish office and front desk supplies, ensuring operations remain uninterrupted while adhering to approved budgets.
Correspondence Control: Manage the flow of official documents, deliveries, and outgoing mail with a focus on traceability and speed.
Vendor Liaison: Assist with basic vendor coordination and office service requests to ensure the workspace remains pristine and functional.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in a Front Desk, Administrative, or Office Support role, ideally within a corporate or financial services setting.
Tech IQ: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Core Competencies
Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
