Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Finance & Admin/HR Officer to serve as the operational backbone of our company. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a "multi-hat" environment, balancing the precision of financial record-keeping with the logistics of office administration and the empathy required for human resources.
Your mission is to ensure that the daily engine of the company runs without friction. From managing cash flows and vendor relationships to coordinating recruitment and maintaining our asset register, you will be the central point of contact for operational excellence. If you have 3–4 years of experience and a track record of implementing efficient office systems, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Financial Administration & Bookkeeping
Transaction Management: Oversee the lifecycle of accounts by preparing professional invoices, processing receipts, and tracking daily operational expenses.
Budgetary Control: Support leadership in monitoring departmental spending and ensuring all expenditures align with approved budgets.
Reconciliation Support: Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records and collaborate with external accountants for monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.
2. Office Operations & Procurement
Facility & Asset Management: Maintain a rigorous asset register and oversee the maintenance of company property, equipment, and facilities.
Supply Chain & Vendors: Manage procurement cycles, negotiate with vendors, and ensure office supplies are replenished proactively to prevent downtime.
Administrative Logistics: Lead the coordination of company events, travel itineraries, and high-level meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled with precision.
3. Human Resources & Compliance
Talent Acquisition Support: Manage the end-to-end coordination of recruitment, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the onboarding of new hires and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records.
Governance: Ensure the company remains compliant with internal policies and statutory requirements (e.g., insurance, licenses, and labor regulations).
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3–4 years of progressive experience in roles that combine admin, finance, or HR functions.
Tech IQ: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Sage, or QuickBooks).
