Requirements:

1. Client Engagement & Account Management

• Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

• Communication: Maintain professional, fluent, and persuasive communication (both written and verbal) to explain software solutions and future expectations.

• Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships by understanding the "unique solutions" Viral Computers provides and how they solve specific client pain points.

2. Data Analytics & Logical Problem Solving

• Performance Insight: Utilize your data analytics skills to track client usage patterns and identify areas for service improvement.

• Agile Problem Solving: Use logical thinking to troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with the technical team for rapid resolution.

• Rapid Learning: Stay updated on Viral Computers’ frequent software evolutions to provide accurate information to clients at all times.

3. Team Collaboration & Innovation

• Feedback Loop: Share client insights with the software development team to help create the next generation of unique solutions.

• Autonomous Delivery: Manage your schedule and workflow independently while maintaining the high delivery standards of our "happy team."

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Technical Requirements

• Academic Background: OND, HND, B.Sc., or Diploma Graduate in any field.

• Essential Tool: Must have a functional and reliable laptop to facilitate remote or office-based tasks.
