Job Description:
We are seeking a driven, high-energy Property Development & Sales Associate to join the Five28 Properties team. In this role, you will be the "eyes and ears" of our property portfolio, conducting meticulous site inspections and pre-screening assets to ensure they meet our rigorous investment standards. You will balance fieldwork—capturing the essence of a neighborhood and the value drivers of a property—with high-touch client support, helping to convert prospects into property owners. This is an ideal role for an early-career professional who wants a 360-degree view of real estate development, investment analysis, and premium sales.
Requirements:
1. Property Intelligence & Pre-Screening
Technical Inspections: Conduct comprehensive site visits to document property conditions, layouts, and observable value drivers before client viewings.
Neighborhood Analysis: Gather qualitative data on locations, identifying emerging trends and local amenities that influence long-term investment value.
Content Capture: Produce high-quality visual documentation (photos and videos) and detailed notes for senior management review.
Risk Identification: Proactively flag structural issues, legal "red flags," or neighborhood concerns during the pre-screening phase.
2. Client Acquisition & Sales Support
Prospecting: Assist in sourcing high-intent buyers and investors through strategic outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
Advisory Support: Join senior team members in property viewings, providing data-backed insights to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Collateral: Help prepare compelling property briefs, investment presentations, and marketing materials that articulate the Five28 value proposition.
3. Business Development & Coordination
Market Research: Support the team in identifying emerging property opportunities and tracking competitor listings.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate schedules between property owners, third-party agents, and clients to ensure seamless site visits.
Administrative Stewardship: Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all property documentation is meticulously organized and accessible.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Academic Background
Education: Fresh Graduate or 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or Business.
Passion: A deep, demonstrable interest in property investment and wealth creation.
Field Readiness: Comfortable with frequent site visits and field-based activities across various locations.
Core Competencies
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small property defects or value opportunities that others might miss.
Communication Mastery: Professional, presentable, and able to represent the brand with integrity and poise.
Negotiation Potential: Basic persuasion skills with a hunger to learn advanced closing techniques.
Tech-Literacy: Proficient in using mobile tools for content capture and basic reporting software.
