Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Digital Content Executive to drive growth across both our physical retail and online platforms. In this hybrid role, you will be the face of the brand, managing everything from high-energy in-store customer service to the creative execution of digital marketing on platforms like Jumia, Jiji, and Facebook Marketplace. You aren't just a salesperson; you are a content creator and a logistics coordinator who understands how to showcase fitness products through compelling video and photography to drive conversions.
Requirements:
1. Digital Marketplace & Content Creation
E-Commerce Management: Post and optimize product listings on Jumia, Jiji, and Facebook Marketplace, ensuring accurate descriptions and competitive pricing.
Content Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content that highlights the technical benefits of our fitness apparel and equipment.
Digital Engagement: Respond to online inquiries with speed and precision, converting "likes" and "comments" into confirmed sales.
2. In-Store Excellence & Consultative Selling
Customer Guidance: Greet and assist walk-in customers, using deep product knowledge to help them choose the right fitness gear for their goals.
Sales Growth: Master the art of the Upsell and Cross-sell (e.g., pairing fitness accessories with apparel) to maximize every transaction.
Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining an organized, attractive merchandise display.
3. Inventory & Operational Integrity
Stock Management: Conduct accurate, regular stock-takes and report discrepancies immediately to ensure the physical inventory matches the digital listings.
Customer Insights: Gather feedback from shoppers to help Management refine product offerings and the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Academic & Experience Foundation
Education: HND or BSc in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing sales role with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
Location: Candidates must reside in Paippe, Wuse, Gishiri, Maitama Village, or Katampe.
Core Competencies
Digital Savvy: Proven experience managing listings on Nigerian e-commerce platforms and creating marketing content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
Sales Prowess: Persuasive "closer" mentality with the ability to articulate clear value propositions to customers.
Organized & Urgent: A results-driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency in responding to customer leads.
