Job Description:

1. Customer Engagement & Support

• Omnichannel Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and all social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both in-store and online clients to encourage repeat business.

• Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or product inquiries with a focus on high satisfaction and brand loyalty.

2. Sales & Digital Growth

• Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales process for walk-in customers and online orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery details.

• Content Creation: Create and publish engaging, sales-driven content (photos, captions, and short videos) to showcase products and attract new followers.

• Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day management of the brand’s digital accounts, including posting schedules and community engagement to grow our online presence.

3. Operations & Administration

• Order Tracking: Ensure online orders are properly documented and handed over for delivery/dispatch.

• Reporting: Maintain simple records of daily sales and social media engagement levels to help the team track growth.

Requirements:

• Customer-First Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.

• Creativity: An "eye" for what looks good on social media to drive sales.

• Proactive: Ability to engage followers and customers without constant supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of WAEC/SSCE or National Diploma.

• Location: Must reside in or around Ikeja for easy commute and operational efficiency.

• Digital Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) for commercial purposes.

• Interpersonal Skills: A professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
