Job Description:
1. Operational Leadership & Patient Flow
Clinic Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring that both clinical and non-clinical teams are synchronized to deliver on-time service.
Patient Experience: Act as the guardian of service standards, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from check-in to checkout.
Staff Coordination: Develop and manage complex staff schedules for dentists, dental assistants, and front-desk personnel.
2. Resource & Facility Management
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage clinical supplies, ensuring that essential dental materials and pharmaceuticals are always in stock without over-investing in inventory.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate regular servicing and troubleshooting for specialized dental equipment (e.g., autoclaves, X-ray machines, and dental chairs).
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the clinic remains 100% compliant with health and safety regulations, sterilization protocols, and professional dental standards.
3. Business Growth & Administration
Issue Resolution: Promptly handle patient concerns, billing inquiries, and operational bottlenecks to maintain a positive clinic reputation.
Performance Tracking: Support business growth by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for management.
Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold internal clinic policies and SOPs to ensure a disciplined and professional working environment.
Requirements:
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to resolve operational issues under pressure.
Communication: Superior interpersonal skills for managing both patient expectations and staff dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in healthcare or dental clinic management.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of dental terminology, healthcare operations, and patient management systems.
